1. We had the best time and this was, in no small part, due to the brilliant way that Jenny & Tim looked after us, nothing was ever too much trouble for either of them. The chalet was really lovely and very clean (even to a bathroom nazi like me!) and felt like home from home, although at home no one seems to be cooking us fantastic meals in the way that Jenny did! I'm definitely missing my daily cake!

   We shall definitely recommend Skibug to our friends and hope to come back again to Chalet Nichoir in the near future.

2. We really enjoyed staing at Chalet le Nichoir. Jennie and Tim are super hosts. I was very impressed by their ability to do their chores, make a cake and still be able to ski host and then look after us in the evening.

   We were quite a mixed group, with children who neede a different menu and timings to the adults who also had different needs; but none of this phased jennie and Tim.

   Please pass on our thanks.

   We have skiied before in Bernese Oberland and La Plagne was a dream to glide around in comparison.

   The whole quality and enjoyment of our holiday was enhanced by the care given to us in all details, from collecting us at Lyon, organising the ski and boot hire (they are such nice people and even put our boots on each day and carefully measured our feet!) taking us out on the pistes and of course the wonderful and varied food served in such a warm and friendly ambience. I was also impressed by Jenny's warmth towards the children.

   It helped us all to relax and enjoy our holiday.

3. Just wanted to say, thank you for an excellent week. We can fault nothing - our hosts Kim and Simon were brilliant, confident, organised and friendly (thanks for waiting for me on the days we went out on the slopes together!). The food was amazing and there was plenty of it too.

   Enjoyed the ski hosting led by Jen too, went to an area we had never been to before and (finally) saw the Vanoise express...although we never did venture over to Les Arcs.

4. Just a quick note to say a massive thank you to all involved from SKIBUG for their efforts over our recent holiday. You all helped to make it an amazing Christmas that will live long in the memory. We are extremely jealous of any body that is due to go out for a skibug holiday in the near future. The food was amazing every day and Andy and Caths company meant it felt that we were on holiday with long term friends. The whole week went like clockwork.

   Thanks again for all your hard work and kindness; nothing was ever too much trouble.

5. We stayed at Chalet Dionee w/c 13/12/09, and had an amazing holiday. Cath, Andy & the skibug team were superb, nothing was too much trouble, and with 4 young children we are not the easiest family to accomodate. The chalet was very well maintained, the food was excellent every day, with lots of variety with cooking you would find at a top class hotel. Our hosts Cathy & Andy were outstanding in everything they did, if you want a great holiday, i guarantee you will have it when you book with skibug. A huge thank you for making our holiday so special.

6. We stayed with Skibug in January 2009. It was a last minute booking due to having been let down by another ski company. What a great time we had! The chalet was immaculate. The hosts Chris and Fran were most welcoming and could not do enough for us. The food was excellent! We would certainly use SkiBug again and indeed recomment it to our friends! -you made our skiing holiday!

7. We stayed at La Ruche w/c 28 March and really enjoyed our visit. The food was fab and our hosts Fran and Chris were very friendly and professional.

8. 28March-4April 2009. Thanks to Chris & Fran and Andy at Skibug for a fabulous week. Everything was perfect, Chalet la Ruche was a great base for a superb week's boarding. The speedy transfers, the chalet and skipass preparation, the rooms, the shuttles, the guiding, the lunch stops, the packed lunches, the cakes, the meals, the wine, the nights out, the pub quiz, the company, the atmosphere and the attention to detail all made the holiday a brilliant week to remember. The boarding at La Plagne was amazing with some great off-piste & powder, a large variety of pistes in valleys, glacier and forest runs. I can highly recommend the Skibug experience and would recommend it to skiers & boarders at all levels. Thanks for the most fun winter week I have had. Hope to come back again.

9. march 8th-15th 2009

   myself and joe and the rest of the crew with us had a great holiday with ski bug,everything was so well organised,from the shuttle service to booking ski lessons ,passes etc,not to forget our great chalet hosts Josh and Ally food was fantastic everyday and cakes to die for!I would reccomend ski bug highly to people i know wanting a great ski holiday,and i would love to return myself again.

10. Many, many thanks for looking after our party during our recent weeks ski-ing. We had a great time and Cath's cooking and Andy's organisation ensured that all we had to do was enjoy La Plagne. It was obvious that you have thought about how to make Skibug different (and better) than other similar organisations, from the individual bottle of water on arrival at the airport, the care taken with the food and wine selection and your general enthusiasm in ensuring our needs were met . It was also obvious that you take pride in what you do and this will surely serve you well.

    The biggest compliment we can give is that we would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Skibug to friends in the future.

    We wish you the very best of luck in growing the business and look forward to using your services in the future.

    Our group stayed in Chalet Nichoir. We where very pleased with the comfortable chalet, super food and friendly skibug hosts. Andy was a great help providing us with our ski passes and ski hire on arrival. Francis and Chris our chalet hosts made us very welcome. A great week with fantastic snow. A big thankyou to Cath / Andy and Skibug team for making our ski holiday one of the best.

12. Just a quick note to thank you for making our week's skiing a fabulous one! Fran & Chris were superb hosts, providing us with delicious food with a varied menu and great company every evening. The chalet had a very calm and relaxed atmosphere - Fran and Chris had everything under control. The hosting was excellent as it was tailored to our ability and speed. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team. We will definitely recommend Ski Bug and hope to return shortly.

13. Chalet la Ruche

    Christmas 2008

    Party of 6.....3 generations

    Thanks so much for our fantastic memorable holiday. From the moment we landed in Geneva airport to the day we departed we had first class service. Frances and Chris looked after us all so well in our chalet with excellent home cooking even christmas dinner with crackers, turkey, sprouts etc etc etc such a friendly couple. Thanks Frances for Paul's 40th birthday cake it was so yummy. Andy took us for 3 days ski hosting which was great, we covered some miles! Thanks to Cath too for all your hard work organising and doing admin. We'll with out a doubt recommend skibug to anyone. First class holiday. Thanks to all the skibug team. Hopefully we'll be back. xxxx

14. New Year 2008

    Chalet La Ruche was great. Cath and Andy really made us feel welcome. The chalet is warm and comfortable, and had plenty of room for us all.

    Cath's cooking is great, and the afternoon cake was always a triumph. Andy was a great help with helping us sort out the ski hire, and trying to get 16 people all out first thing is no mean feat! He has endless patience. Andy's ski hosting was good, and it was nice to seem him out on the slopes, as he and Cath do really work hard to make things nice.

    The chalet is well situated, and it is possible to ski back to the chalet ( off piste ), although if you don't fancy the ski - the bus stops just past the chalet.

    We have visited La Plagne 5 times, and this has been by far the best chalet that we have stayed in. We will return.

15. Great week, even better extended lunch sessions on the mountain. We return home better skiers but a few stone heavier and with the possibility of liver failure. Thankyou for a fantastic week, all the ski-hosting, cooking and help during the week. We'll be back!

17. Wow, what can I say!! You guys really know how to make people feel welcome and enjoy their holiday. The chalet is great and the COOKING (that just speaks for itself). I am defo coming back to annoy you next year. Thank you so so much for your hospitality it has been an amazing holiday. You guys have a great thing going with the chalets and you are such a lovely couple. Wishing you the best of luck for the future. The holiday was "O" for awesome!!

32. Mike and Nicki were excellent Chalet hosts.

    They, as well as Cath and Andy would always be around to help us out with any request no matter how big or small. But we really liked the down to earth approach as well, it was more like you were our friends than staff, which was great.

    Food was excellent. We have even requested (and now have) some of the recipes!

    On arrival everything was all sorted. This is one of the biggest advantages of a small company. Skibug are able to put in the time and effort to really personalise your trip in a way that a big firm would never be able to do, and it really makes a big difference having everything sorted before you go, so that when you arrive you can just ski.

    Skibug is great and everyone should know it!

36. Couldn't have spent Christmas with nicer people. You have made all of us feel very comfortable. You have seen to our every need without us having to ask!
